About Gbemi
Gbemi Adenuga is a Lawyer, Life Coach & Business Adviser. She is the Lead Consultant in Novate Associates, a legal and business firm poised to work with businesses as they journey from nothing, pass through the rough times and evolve to an efficient and effective MSMEs. She has had about 12 active years working with various entrepreneurs. Gbemi has a passion for young people who want to get it right in business. Working together with them, she aims to get them legally complaint and in right standing so they can succeed.
Gbemi finished from University of Lagos with a LL.B in 1999; she obtained an LL.M from University of Wales (UK) in International Business Law in 2003. She has a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigerian Branch), Nigerian Institute for Training & Development and Life Coaches Association of Nigeria.
Gbemi has practiced as a lawyer in the firms of Odujinrin & Adefulu and Olaniwun Ajayi. She also worked with Odade Investment Limited researching the Nigerian legal market and evolving solutions for various clients and training. She was the Company Secretary/Corporate Manager for the Company providing various legal services: legal advice, managing foreign relationships and agreements, among others.
With a passion for impacting lives, it was inevitable she would resort to an environment focused on providing solutions to professionals. She worked as Operations Manager at HO9 Limited, a company that offers business and packaging support to budding entrepreneurs. She works with business owners, helping them refine their ideas and business plans into a business venture. She has designed and executed various trainings on running an effective business. She is a Faculty member of Nirmala Entrepreneurship & Leadership Fellowship Programme in the University of Lagos Centre for Entrepreneurship Skills.
