Khaldoun Hamdallah

Khaldoun Hamdallah is of Jordanian nationality and is the company’s Chairman. He is the immediate past Managing Director of Rider Glass Industries Nigeria Limited. He holds a Bsc. in Engineering as well as an MBA and is PMP certified with 7 year experience in Industrial Management.

One of his most significant achievements till date has been the successful construction of a state-of-the-art Rider Glass Steel factory valued at about $50m, with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year in Nigeria. He initiated the development of the factory from scratch and supervised the project until construction was complete and the factory became fully operational.

He has been involved in senior-level business development in the United Arab Emirates as well as the Kingdom of Morocco and has experience in project management in Morocco and Nigeria covering development of feasibility studies for glass and steel factories including the raw materials, infrastructure, market study, environmental study, soil boring and water testing, construction and civil engineering work amongst others.

He is the chairman of the BLACK IRIS GROUP which is involved in various business sectors in Nigeria such as construction, telecoms and infrastructure.
