He is a partner (infrastructure, industry and finance) in the law firm, The Throne Legal Associates (www.thronelegal.com) with practice areas including Company and Commercial Law, Investment Laws, Corporate Practice, Business Law and Practice, Intellectual Property, Oil and Gas, Investment Advisory, due Diligence, amongst others.
He is also the Nigeria Representative for Astertax Consulting Nigeria (www.astertax.com) a Pan- African/Cross-border Business, Due Diligence, Tax, Audit, Legal and Market Entry Advisory firm. He is also the Nigeria Representative for the Renewable Energies Group Corporate Energies of Germany (https://corporate-energies.org/).
He is currently engaged with an entity in the Republic of Ghana which has interest in Housing, Infrastructure and Heavy Construction Projects with Government of that country. He is a former Director, Minefield Mineral Resources Limited, Nigeria Limited which is company that is mainly into Mining and Mineral Trading Company. He is also the founding Director of Yetzirat Mofet Limited an Infrastructure Concessions and Development and Specialists firm working towards developing African alternative financial and infrastructure programs in exchange for local mineral and natural resources.
